Winter Wellness at the Sportsplex
When the lakes are frozen and the days feel quieter, we bring the water indoors.
Our Winter Classes at the Sportsplex offer a unique, grounding way to move, rest, and reconnect during the colder months. Set inside the warm, spacious facilities of the Sportsplex, these classes are designed to nourish your body and calm your nervous system—without needing any previous experience.
Choose between Yoga & Sound Bath experiences on land or our signature Yoga & Sound on the Water, where you float on a stable paddle board in the pool as sound gently ripples through the space. Dim lighting, cozy blankets, and blackout eye masks create a retreat-like atmosphere that allows you to fully let go.
These winter sessions are intentionally slower, softer, and deeply restorative—an invitation to pause, breathe, and care for yourself in a season that often asks too much.
All equipment is provided for water-based classes, and land-based classes simply ask that you bring your mat and any personal comforts you enjoy.
Come exactly as you are.
We’ll take care of the rest.
