Wellness Experiences | Year-Round • Multi-Location
Throughout every season, we create spaces for you to slow down, reconnect, and experience wellness in a way that feels both grounding and elevated.
Our classes are offered across multiple locations including our Brandon studio, indoor and outdoor pools, and beautiful outdoor settings throughout Westman and beyond—such as Wawanesa, Shilo, Winnipeg, Riding Mountain National Park, Minnedosa, Onanole, and more.
Each experience is thoughtfully designed to support your nervous system and overall well-being. From Yoga & Sound Bath classes on land to our signature floating experiences on the water, every detail is curated to feel immersive, calming, and retreat-like.
You may find yourself floating on a paddle board in a softly lit pool, resting in a candlelit studio, or practicing outdoors surrounded by nature. No matter the setting, the intention remains the same—creating space for you to pause, breathe, and fully arrive in the moment.
Expect gentle guidance, soothing sound, and carefully considered touches like blankets, eye masks, aromatherapy, and seasonal additions that elevate each class into something more than just movement.
No experience is needed.
All you have to do is show up.
We’ll take care of the rest.
